Class Overview: Sauna yoga is a practice that combines sauna therapy detoxification through abundant sweating with gentle yoga stretches and poses. The class takes place in the sanarium, built in the middle of the pool. In addition to yoga movements, the class includes soothing sounds of Koshi bells and a wonderful view of nature along with sanarium aromatherapy.

The sauna heat enhances flexibility, promotes circulation, and helps the body expel toxins. The class helps to relax and deepen your practice with the warmth of the sauna.

The sanarium is a variation of the traditional Finnish sauna, classified between the classic hot and dry sauna and steam baths. It is a “gentle” low-temperature sauna with approximately 50% humidity and temperatures around 50-60°C, making it particularly suitable for sauna yoga. It’s great for beginners and those who don’t enjoy the intense heat of a classic sauna. Colored light therapy during winter adds an extra positive influence on well-being through color therapy.

Yin yoga is a calm, restorative practice that moves deep into the body through passive stretching, prolonged postures, and mindful breathing. Yin yoga releases tensions deep in the muscles and joints, promoting inner peace and balance. It improves sleep and reduces stress levels – both mental and physical. Practicing in a warm room activates metabolic processes and cleanses the skin through sweating.
