We really want you to feel good and safe when visiting us.

This is why we’ve written down some simple recommendations and rules regarding the spa and the saunas, which everyone should follow.

 

SAFETY AND USE OF POOLS AND SAUNAS

  • The pool and spa area is unattended!
  • Children under the age of 14 must be accompanied by an adult at the spa.
  • Adults are responsible for the safety of their children throughout their stay at the spa.
  • Diving and water games are prohibited in the pool and spa.
  • Please keep an eye on your children to ensure that their visit to the pool is as safe as possible and that excessive playing does not disturb the peace of other guests trying to relax.

HYGIENE, PROPER CLOTHING AND FOOTWEAR

  • Please always wear flip-flops or slides at the spa to avoid slipping on wet surfaces and to ensure hygiene.
  • Always wear only swimming clothes.
  • Children under the age of 3 must wear a swim nappy.
  • You must always wash yourself before using the pool and saunas – this keeps the water clean and makes everyone comfortable.
  • Long hair must be covered with a swimming cap or tied up while in the pool.

RESPECT AND A NICE ATMOSPHERE

  • Please respect the other people in the pool area by speaking in a quiet voice.
  • Communication in our saunas is traditionally relaxing and calm – SILENCE IS GOLDEN!
  • Consumption of alcoholic beverages is not allowed in saunas and the pool.
  • People under the influence of alcohol and drugs are not allowed in the spa.

STATE OF HEALTH

  • We advise you to avoid visiting the spa in case of an exacerbated chronic illnesses, viral infections, high blood pressure and heart disease, epilepsy attacks, open wounds and known contraindications to the spa and sauna.

TOWELS

  • Please bring your own towel from home, hotel room or apartment to save energy and the environment.
