CHECK IN / CHECK OUT

Check-in at the hotel is from 15:00.

Early check-in is possible by prior arrangement. A valid identification document must be presented during hotel check-in.

Check-out from the hotel is by 12:00.

Late check-out is possible by prior arrangement. An additional fee of €20 per hour after 13:00 will apply. Payment for all used services must be settled upon check-out.


BREAKFAST

Buffet-style breakfast is served in the breakfast-prepared restaurant.

Monday to Friday: 7:00-11:00. Saturday, Sunday, and holidays: 7:00-11:00.

To ensure a pleasant breakfast experience with enough space and time, it is recommended to come early. The best time for enjoyment is between 8:00-9:00.

Please make reservations for treatments in advance, as slots fill up quickly. All treatment attendees can receive a bathrobe and have the option to change in the spa’s dressing room. Please arrive at least 5 minutes before the scheduled treatment.

Accommodation with Pets

The fee for staying with a pet is €25 per night. Accommodation with pets is only possible in apartments and by special agreement when making a reservation. Guests are requested to inform hotel staff about this during booking. Pets are not allowed in dining-related areas or areas where it is unsafe for them (slippery surfaces, steep drops, drowning hazards, etc.). Additional fees and rules apply to pet owners according to regulations governing pet ownership, and owners are responsible for any damage caused by the pet (both material and health damage).


PARKING

Parking in the hotel parking lots will be charged starting from May 1, 2024.

Hotel dont pre-book parking spaces, they are available on a first-come-first-served basis. Payment can be made on-site at the hotel reception in cash, by card, or digitally through a mobile app. Payment instructions are available on information boards in the parking lots.

The parking area is equipped with surveillance cameras, but the hotel is not responsible for cars and their contents left in the parking lot. Electric and hybrid cars can conveniently recharge using Porsche Destination Charging electric chargers. Free charging is provided for Porsche owners. For other compatible electric cars, charging is available for a fee of €15 per charging session, subject to availability.

Parking fees can be settled at the hotel reception.

Customer responsibility

The hotel enforces all requirements regarding public order, maintaining peace, and preventing pollution. In case of a violation of public order, the hotel may involve security personnel or call the police if necessary. For disturbing the peace of fellow citizens, a penalty of €50 to €100 may be imposed for each incident, depending on the level of the violation.

Public areas of the hotel (lobby, spa reception, hotel reception, courtyard, restaurant and terrace, pool, reading corners, parking lots) are equipped with video surveillance. Nighttime quiet hours begin at 23:00 and last until 06:00 in the hotel. As our guest, you assume responsibility and obligation to follow the established rules. You are responsible for any intentional or unintentional damage caused by you or your guest in the hotel room or common areas. The hotel has the right to demand compensation for material damage caused by the customer. The size of the compensation is based on the direct damage caused, plus the costs associated with repairing the damage.

Good manners and practices

We expect our customers to adhere to the rules established in society, good etiquette, and hotel regulations. Shaving, using body scrubs, hair coloring, and similar activities are not allowed in public areas. Customers may be fined for violations, similar to disturbing the peace, and, if necessary, may be asked to leave the hotel and its premises. In case of departure, the customer is still obliged to pay for the booked accommodation and ordered additional services.

Hotel responsibility and surveillance

The hotel is not responsible for the loss or destruction of personal items left unattended by the customer. Upon the customer’s request, the hotel will store forgotten items for 1 month, after which they will be disposed of. If necessary, a security company will help maintain order in the hotel. Keys (physical and electronic) issued by the hotel are not allowed to be transferred to third parties.

Handling complaints

Complaints must be submitted immediately, but no later than two weeks from the discovery of the deficiency. In case of non-compliance with the service or the appearance of defects, please send a complaint by email, indicating the complainant’s name, contact phone number, order number, and a precise description of the complaint. To resolve complaints, the complainant must retain purchase documents (invoice, contract, etc.) that prove the circumstances of the complaint. Without supporting documents, the hotel may leave the problem unresolved.

Accommodating a underage customer without adults

A person must be at least 16 years old to stay alone in the hotel. A guardian’s consent is required by email or in another written form. The guarantee letter must include the minor’s name, date of birth, arrival and departure times. The letter must be provided with the guardian’s name and contact information. Accommodation of minors is prohibited without complying with the above requirements. Upon check-in, a minor fills out the registration card in the usual way. The hotel is not responsible for the accommodation of a minor. A person under 16 years old can stay in our hotel only with an accompanying adult.
